Not responsibility if the package is not received
I purchased the product directly from Roborock’s official website. However, the company chose to use a third-party delivery service, Amazon, to ship my order. The delivery was marked as "completed" by Amazon, but I never received the package. I was at home at the time they allegedly delivered it, yet the parcel never arrived. When I reached out to Roborock’s customer service to report the issue, they directed me to Amazon. However, Amazon’s policy states that when a seller (in this case, Roborock) requests delivery, it is the seller who holds all the delivery details. As a result, Amazon customer service had no information on my package, and I was left with no recourse. I am now out €810 due to Roborock’s failure to take responsibility for the delivery. Today, I filed a formal claim with the Spanish police. I strongly advise against purchasing from a company that refuses to take responsibility for the mistakes of its partners.
