Your shipping is atrocious
I haven't received my shipment yet (ordered 10 days ago). This fact alone would be fine, but your shipping agency (UPS) confirmed delivery today despite the package still being in an UPS facility in Ireland... Your company chose to locate it's warehouse in Northern Ireland and chose a known bad shipping agency to fullfill it's orders in Europe...
