Still no refund 3 months later!!
Update - following my complaint I’ve now received a full refund. Thank you for bringing this to a resolution. I purchased several items from this website back in Oct 2025. On receipt the material was very stretchy & therefore not as excepted in terms of fit & style. I returned the items within the timescales, gave proof of postage & the tracking number at my own expense. Despite numberous emails & chasers, it’s over 3 months later & I have still NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! It’s unacceptable service, I would strongly recommend not using this website 😢
