Inconsistent ring qualities
Inconsistent ring qualities, then having to pay for returns and then pay extra for the same ring because they raised the price while my return/new buy was processing. So my mum’s Christmas present is still not settled and it’s March. They would not allow an exchange, instead reviewed it and saw nothing wrong despite my mum and I having the same ring looking different. So I had to do a complex return her gift and then order a new ring with an exchange code that I had to pay for. Just overall disappointed. The rings are beautiful when they are produced properly.
