I recently had my shipment arrive from Pakistan and SFL handled clearance and delivery of my shipment. Utkaarsh from SFL was amazing in how he handled the shipment kept me informed communicated constantly and most importantly called me to guide me through filling of forms etc. I am not very good at forms and some were hard for me but Utkaarsh was indispensable giving up his time and making sure everything was done in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service and personalized approach.Thankyou Utkaarsh for all your support and guidance Shamsa Mirza
