Booked a bus on their website from Bangalore to Kattapa for 4 sleeper AC tickets. No confirmation email they just took the money and then that moment itself i was notified that the booking is cancelled from their end a message saying that they will take £100 and refund the money. No email, no way to contact anyone. i believe the money is gone.
