The progress status screen froze at 6%…
The progress status screen froze at 6% for hours. Only option was to stop and restart scan. When I stopped it I found that it had recovered just over 1 TB of the 1.8 TB it said it could recover which is clearly more than 6%. I rescanned and it gave me a new folder which contained some stuff the first scan had recovered and some it didn't so now I have to go through both scans and compare file by file. If it wasn't for the fact that it did recover some important, irreplaceable files, I'd give it 1 star. Wondershare has now responded asking for a "reference number" and my personal phone number. They never gave me a reference number so I sent the invoice number and they do not need my personal phone number. Sorry, found this: Ref#CO1727183506294308870
