Item Ordered in enough time
I ordered for my birthday and made sure to check the shipping policy that my item would be delivered before my birthday. When checking the site it states that the item hasn't even shipped. So I attempted to send an email as it is listed as their form of contact and the email will not go through, it keeps giving an error message.
