Beware their return policy
Beware their return policy! Got a ring for my wife for xmas, which she loved, but it was one size too small and I had to return for the proper size. They said since I bought it during a sale (before xmas) and returned it when the sale was over (I submitted the form to return it ON xmas day an hour after she opened the gift) they would not honor the sale price for the exchanged ring and I had to pay the difference. Sale price for the ring was $99.38 total - had to then pay $6.09 to return it and $19.26 for the difference. So to exchange it for the proper size I had to pay an extra $25.35, which I did because it was a xmas gift for my wife. Pretty crappy exchange policy - feels like a way to recoup the sale price on any exchanges.
