2/10 customer support, their social media is more responsive
I also placed my order before January 24th but they still haven't shipped my order after 3 weeks! I've send emails already but they never respond. It's like screaming into the abyss. Never buying on their site again. Update: On February 22 they cancelled my order and said I would be refunded, almost 3 weeks later and I have never received my refund. I have already sent an email regarding this but have not yet received an answer. Update 2: I have sent another email but after weeks instead of answering my emails I just get spam from their discount promotions Update 3: I contacted them yesterday on their twitter page and they responded within an hour. (Promote them) I have also received an email confirming that the money has been sent to my bank account but I haven't seen anything yet as of now. I'll improve my review once I do.
