UPDATED Review - sorry for the delay in changing this, had forgotten about it. But they were polite and replied to the email chain I had with them directly and we came to a fair resolution about the ordering. (it was due to different rules in different countries). I've had the product in my vehicle for over a year now and am still extremely happy with the product. Also the way they resolved the issue once we started talking impressed me so much that I ordered another product of theirs for my wife's car.
