I could not return my item for a full refund. They made it impossible to do so. They offered me $5 and then $7 but gave me no help in how to return the item. They are a Chinese Company and said it would cost more to ship it back then if they gave me $5. This feels like a scam. Terrible company and very false advertising I should have checked 1st before purchasing.
