Exact same issue noted in that my order bounced around all over the world before it finally arrived. Their customer service email wording and English so poor they hardly made sense My lipstains I received did not match what I ordered and to top it off they don’t work. I called a scam as soon as I saw the terrible tracking and customer service and this confirms it. A waste of what ended up being $50 usd?! To be shipped knock off lip stain in the wrong colours
