Discord, Refund, Account Issues

Unfortunately, my experience with this prop firm has been extremely disappointing, both in terms of customer support and account management. 1. Banned from Discord for raising concerns One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience was how my concerns were handled within the community. After raising questions about my breached accounts and requesting clarification, I was removed from the firm's Discord server instead of receiving assistance. 2. Refund still not received after 30+ days I requested a refund over 30 days ago. The support team informed me that the refund had been processed and shared an ARN for the transaction. However, after multiple discussions with my bank, they confirmed that they are unable to locate or trace any refund associated with the provided ARN. I have repeatedly shared this update with the prop firm's operations team and requested that they investigate the matter with their payment processor or acquiring bank. Instead, I have been asked to contact my bank again, despite my bank already confirming that no refund has been received. As of today, the issue remains unresolved. 3. Multiple accounts breached despite maintaining a buffer I also experienced multiple account breaches due to the 3% maximum loss rule. In my case, I was maintaining approximately $15–$20 of buffer before reaching the loss limit. Despite this, 2–3 of my accounts were marked as breached. I contacted support seeking a detailed explanation of how the calculations were made and why the accounts were breached despite the remaining buffer. Unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation that addressed my concerns. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask questions regarding account status, trading rules, and financial matters. Removing customers from the community for seeking clarification creates the impression that genuine concerns are not being handled transparently. Final Thoughts A prop firm should provide: Transparent and accurate rule enforcement. Professional customer support. Timely resolution of payment-related issues. Open communication when traders raise legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations. I have retained all relevant evidence, including email conversations, bank communications, transaction details, and screenshots related to my account and Discord interactions. If the company wishes to dispute any part of this review, I am prepared to provide this documentation to support my statements. I hope the company improves its customer support, dispute resolution process, and transparency so that future traders have a better experience than I did.
