mixed feelings
Most of the products I have purchased are of excellent quality. Both times when the product was not suitable or was sent incomplete, customer service drives the buyer crazy with requests to send over and over the same photos or confirmations that have already been sent. Hoping that the buyer will get bored. And so it goes. For 9 euros, instead of picking up the item, I have to look for an opportunity to make a photo where their part is smaller by 1 mm. Insane and disrespectful. Even though in the agreement I can return the purchased item within 30 days.
