Great software AND technical support
If you are looking for software to turn your photos into digital photo albums, this is a great platform! Additionally, it has incredible technical support that responds quickly and is ready to do whatever it takes to get you a solution that works. Like many people, I have shoeboxes of photographs. At one point, I decided to turn the photographs into a less space-consuming alternative: digital photo albums. When I ran into issues with trying to add text (like locations, dates, and descriptions) to photos, Ashley, a member the technical support group, really helped me out!! Besides replying to me quickly, she even took the time to prepare videos to get me where I wanted to go!
