They cancel negative reviews on pvy…
They cancel negative reviews on pvy website.Beware of this scam company.Poor quality, bad support.I feel bad becouse i was recommended to my friend and he also had problems with that bike.We buy this same models bikes and one is from 2024 another from 2025 and both are weak, bad quality. We both changed hand grips and seats couse they was damage already after couple time use.Suspension(front) make a crazy sound when you go just little hole.Back suspension dosent work in my z20 max so i was contact with support.I was proof with many photos and videos about dosent working susspension. After many mails they agree suspension dosent work and they write me about new suspension send to me but after one month still got nothing.Im a big fun of electronic vehicles which had and still have many of that. thousands of kilometers on many e bikes,e scooters, one e skateboard and electric monocycle and i can say PVY Z 20 Max is the worst quality of all of them.I dont recommended any product of this company becouse like my exemple show they dont teach yourself nothing model from 2025 since is still this same or worst quality like model since 2024.Plus support which one dosent help you, only lies you.I hope i was help at least on person with my coment.P.S. i can easy proof everything what i wrote here is true(photos, emails). You send me at least 7 emails about pvy support help but still problem is not solved. You got videos, pics what is the problem(all proves) and you still play like sombody carring about this but you doing nothing with that.
