Why does your website say 24 7 customer service ? And why does your website also say your hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 7:00 pm and adjusters are available on Saturdays @8:30am -12:30 pm . But when I call on Saturday I can't get ahold of anyone at all and it 9:28 am right now on Saturday ? Also why does my warranty brochure say that you guys offer rental cars for up to 6 days on the brochure I received when purchasing a warranty plan with you guys but wheni get on your website I see no info about car rentals when searching your entire website even under FAQs/ under questions / answers . But you did make a Faq questions about why people say bad things about your company on reviews and also have a answer for your ... Maybe get rid of this faq question from the list and add something about rental cars and how that process is taken ...
