Maxim88

Account banned and RM500 withdrawal not…

Account banned and RM500 withdrawal not paid after sudden KYC demand My experience with Maxim88 has been extremely disappointing and concerning. I had successfully withdrawn cryptocurrency before, but when I later attempted to withdraw approximately RM500, the withdrawal was suddenly placed on hold and I was told to complete eKYC. When I asked them to cancel the pending withdrawal and return the funds to my account balance, my account was subsequently banned, and I still did not receive the withdrawal. This raises serious concerns for me because the verification requirement was only introduced after I requested a payout, despite my previous withdrawal history. Customers should be clearly informed of all verification requirements before depositing or playing—not only when they try to withdraw their money. I also experienced highly unusual gameplay patterns, including repeated long losing sessions and more than 50 consecutive spins without a meaningful return. The patterns felt unfair and should be examined by the appropriate gaming regulator or independent testing body. The bonus promotions also appeared far more attractive in advertisements than the actual results I experienced. During gameplay, my phone became unusually hot and the website appeared to consume significant resources. This was caused by malicious software. I believe the platform should be independently checked for security, fairness, and device-performance issues. My main complaint is simple: my account was banned, my withdrawal was not paid, and the company imposed unexpected verification requirements only when I attempted to access my funds. Based on my experience, I strongly advise customers to exercise caution, keep screenshots of every transaction and conversation, and avoid depositing money until the company provides clear withdrawal, KYC, account-suspension, and dispute-resolution policies.

SEAGM

Account banned and RM500 withdrawal not…

DO NOT USE SEAGM! I placed order C93404856 and paid over 3 months ago. Still NO product, NO service, and NO refund despite multiple support tickets and promises. This company takes your money and disappears. Zero accountability, fake customer service replies that go nowhere. I've wasted time and money chasing this fraudulent platform. Warning to everyone: Avoid SEAGM at all costs. They steal payments and ignore legitimate refund requests. I will be taking legal action and reporting to consumer protection authorities.

EU9 Scam Singapore Warning: Online “Live Casinos” Targeting SG Users

Common Risk Patterns Reported by Players Small early wins, then sharp downswings: Trust-building wins followed by long loss streaks. Stake jumps or bet manipulation: Alleged sudden stake increases during autoplay (e.g., RM40 → RM150) without clear user intent. Bonus friction: Tight wagering terms that make withdrawals difficult. Some players in Singapore and the region say that when they play on EU9/EU9sgwin and similar brands, they experience patterns that feel very different from normal random losses. These are allegations and personal experiences only – not official findings – but they can still be helpful when deciding whether to avoid a platform or when writing a police report. Common themes shared by SG users include: Very long loss streaks even at minimum bet sizes, with almost no bonus features. Stake jumps or confusing bet changes mid-session, especially while using autoplay. Hard-to-clear bonuses that make it difficult or impossible to withdraw real money. Slow or unhelpful customer service when large losses or “technical issues” happen.
