New Update: The predicted results were not achieved in the first round(20/20). I am now on the 5th out of 8 refinement sets. I’ve noticed that the gaps created during the IPR sessions are not closing properly, but I’ll provide another update after completing the 8th set. Please note, if the gaps created by IPR are not corrected through the refinement sets, it could become a serious issue for me. I also paid for two IPR sessions, but the second one was not actually performed. I was told it was only to ensure the gaps remained, but if it was just for verification purposes, this could have been handled differently rather than charging for a full IPR session. ---------------------------------------------------------- This review marks my 8th aligner out of a total of 20 sets. The process started with a 3D scan, which went well, and Loana provided all the necessary information. I have two IPR sessions planned. The first was completed before starting the first aligner (the dentist recommended cleaning and fixing cavities before the IPR). I am currently waiting for my second IPR. Whenever I have questions, I connect with Loana (Orthodontist). She is responsive, and the monitoring is done through the mobile app by uploading photos. I believe the treatment is going well, promising a positive final result. I will update my review with the final results once I complete all 20 aligners.
