Not as Advertised - Buyer Beware
Buyers should be cautious when purchasing from QVR. I ordered hair from this company and unfortunately the quality did not match what was advertised. After minimal use, the texture and condition of the hair became very poor. I contacted the company to request a return or refund. Initially, QVR refused to accept a return because the hair had been used. Later, they stated that the only way to return the product was to ship it to China at my own expense. The cheapest shipping option I found from the U.S. was over $300, which was more than the cost of the product itself. They also attempted to resolve the issue by offering partial refunds of 15–30%, which I declined because the product was not as described. Because the seller would not provide a reasonable return option, I escalated the dispute through PayPal. After reviewing the communication and documentation, PayPal ruled in my favor and issued a full refund. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that buyers carefully review this company’s return policy and consider the potential difficulty of resolving issues if the product does not meet expectations.
