Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. I ordered a gift on April 27 for Mother’s Day. I followed up with an email asking about the shipping status on May 10 and the reply was, “Sorry it’s taking so long. We want to make sure the package is perfect”. 🙄 Fast forward to May 21, almost a full month later, and still nothing. I just sent a second follow up email beside the shipping status STILL hasn’t changed. I feel like I’ve been scammed and I will never do business with this company again.
