Elapsed shipping and production time
I ordered 2 pairs January 19th and still have not got them. Estimated time on the site for processing was up to 8 days and 10 days for standard shipping. As of today order still shows only label printed for shipping on February 11th. This is really unacceptable service seeing as the time has elapsed and the site says they would make it right by sending another order. Not sure Wherelight really will but I’ve expressed my concerns and I guess we will have to wait and see. Oh that’s right I can’t see right now I don’t have my glasses… 😜 here’s to hope 🤞
