I wish 0 would be an option. Was with them for 7 years and they refused to match a competitor and then in closing the account tried to charge $6k to transfer gift cards and then. ….3 months after all equipment was confirmed to be sent back they message saying they need the whole list of equipment again or they will charge thousands. If you want to pay too much per monthly rate and then have a nightmare to close it all down - then this is the company you have been looking for;). They surely have been looking for you- they love new sheep to fleece UPDATE They did email me back after seeing my reviews and my account and admitted that they did receive the equipment after all and will close the account balance so hopefully good for another 3 months:)
