I ordered on 01/26 today is 02/11/25
I ordered on 01/26 today is 02/11/25. I never got any information about shipping, trucking #. Send emails to the the email on 01/31/25 and a response came back as they are on vacation from 01/29 to 02/03. Since 02/03 I already sent 3 more emails with no response and the site shows that my order is unfulfilled. Requested to cancel the order and get a refund, I contact PayPal my method of payment to get my refund, also going to my bank to report this as fraud since I have all my email copies and receipt and reporting this company to the BBB as a very unreliable company.
