Our experience with consultants was not stellar. Alexa did a great job of acknowledging the problem, giving me a workable approach and accommodating my needs. As I explained to her, service providers often slip up - what differentiates a good one from a bad one is the reaction. While Alexa did a fine job in this regard, she was not empowered to make financial adjustments for 2 failed consultants who absorbed a great deal of my time for training and then disappeared.
