I've tried turning off several of their licenses multiple times, and I've never gotten a single positive result. No unlocking has worked. It shows me a tutorial on factory resetting, but I don't need their program for that. I want something that actually works. I'm fed up; I've given them a thousand chances, and it's all lies.
