I worked at the Grand lux Cafe in the Venetian hotel when it opened in 2000 I went to one of the restaurants in Reno recently and I ordered the meal that I had every day for 5 years, I didn't recognize the flavors and what happened to the Red Cabbage that made the perfect bite.
