International Schooling

Concept is good but...

The sales pitch was well-presented, but the actual content did not align with what was initially explained. I am currently taking one-on-one lessons, but the teacher is absent approximately one out of every three sessions, often without prior notice. While rescheduling is an option, except for a few kind teachers who assist proactively, students must typically request it themselves, and even then, securing a new time slot can be quite difficult. When reaching out to the administration, responses tend to be mechanical, and the contact person frequently changes. As a result, the same request needs to be repeated multiple times, yet no improvements have been made. Additionally, it is nearly impossible to fix a regular schedule, and even when adjustments are possible, they are only temporary, lasting for a few weeks at most. Given these circumstances, I suspect there may be a shortage of teachers.
