They dont reply at all on customer support
I got this scooter for myself and when it arrived the battery was not working, i tried doing everything to fix it and it was never charging. I have a full video (Unboxing-to-testing) of this as i wanted to do a review for my yt channel. I contacted kukrin support on email and i still didnt get any response for 1 month since the email ( I sent another email as a customer intrested in buying their product and they responded in 4 hours :)) ). I just did a report at the EU Consumer Centre and also at the National Authority for Consumer Protection and after this i will probably sue them too. I encourage everybody who got scammed by kukrin to file a online complain on the EU Consumer Centre website with proof as its free and you will get ur money back and the company will have to pay a fine for this.
