I placed an order with Cypherock on February 2nd (Order #7700) and only received an order confirmation. Since then, my item has not been shipped, and I have received no updates whatsoever. I have tried contacting their customer support multiple times via email, but they have completely ignored my messages. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a company selling security-related products. At this point, I have no idea if I will ever receive my order or if I need to request a refund. If Cypherock cannot even handle basic customer support, how can they be trusted with security solutions?
