No receipt or order received, 2 orders placed
I placed an order on their website site for three rings. Then I received an email saying that those items were still waiting in my shopping cart. So I ordered the same thing again. I sent an email to service-chicherjewelry.com asking if they received either of my orders, though I haven’t received any purchase receipts and received an email saying: “Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: service-chicherjewelry Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is undergoing maintenance and can't accept messages now. Please try resending the message later.” So I tried emailing again later and haven’t gotten any kind of purchase receipt. Have any of you received a purchase receipt?? Plus I’d like to hear from the company directly as to where my order is.
