If you can find a good price, it's pretty good to go through them. Be wary of shipping times and delay though.
When it comes to what they can deliver, they sure know how to make a decent product. I've already acquired two printers from them and they've performed as expected. This said, one thing I'd keep in mind is that the shipping time can take a fair bit from them. Unlike buying directly from a place like Amazon, you may wait up to a couple of months to receive what you've bought. I've had to wait two months to get my hands on the SV07 Plus. If you are willing to wait this much because one of their sales attracted you, you could end up with a decent printer to either get a foot into the hobby, or expend your current printing operation. Otherwise I am overall satisfied!
