ZERO stars. IGP.com (India Gifts Portal) is running a scam operation and needs to be shut down. My sister ordered a Rakhi and gifts for me through IGP.com — one of the most emotionally significant occasions in Indian culture. IGP turned it into a nightmare. They sent me FOUR fake WhatsApp "out for delivery" notifications — at 1 PM, 3 PM, 7 PM, and 8 PM — and then marked the order as DELIVERED on their system. Nothing ever arrived. No knock. No call. No OTP was taken. They delivered to thin air and closed the case. Order Number: #19336860 Their customer care is designed to exhaust you into giving up: 📞 Phone support — impossible to connect 💬 WhatsApp chat — ghosts you repeatedly; took 4–5 attempts just to get a human 🤡 When someone finally responded, they said: "Sorry, we cannot share order details with the recipient." — The person who was supposed to RECEIVE the gift has no rights? What kind of criminal policy is this? IGP.com had no OTP verification, which means their delivery partner pocketed the package or dropped it anywhere — and IGP takes zero responsibility. This is not a delay. This is theft enabled by a fraudulent system.
