Brought two bikes in stock coming from…
Brought two bikes in stock coming from Manchester .... label created and then just left for days then only one bike came missing battery ! Useless one vague email a day from customer service no sense of urgency to resolve or make right ! Asked three times when battery will be resolved and a time frame just saying they will send a new one ! I have now been told a battery sent but it doesn't get expedited as compensation, and now my other bike arrived I can see the connector is also missing so now another 10-15 days for that when I then have to assemble it and hope it works after waiting for 3 delivery's with 10-15 business days ... This bike I purchased as in stock expected within 5 -7 business days is a joke !! Ask questions multiple times and don't get clear answers
