Not Recommended for North America
I recently travelled to Canada and the USA and thought I would try Jetpac. I purchased a North American eSIM. Upon arrival in Canada, I had some issues connecting to the network but, the helpful Jetpac support team assisted in getting me connected. However, after travelling to the USA, I could not get connected to a network there and upon my return to Canada, I couldn't connect there either. I then made another trip to the USA where again they couldn't help me and again when I returned to Canada, they still couldn't get me connected. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience where I paid for a 15GB North American eSIM but I was only able to use 1.2GB as most of the time I was not connected to any network. I would definitely not recommend Jetpac for North America. Since the original writing of this review, JetPac has fully refunded my purchase and other than the inconvenience experienced, I am not out of pocket any money. They are a fair company to deal with.
