Very poor customer service was charged…
Very poor customer service was charged for a year of service after a trial period and called 5 days after I found the charge. Apple took the subscription off my phone only to be told it could take up to 48’ for a refund. Checked with AE only to find “agreement” does not let you have a yearly refund for 5 days of unused service. Next time I will by from a different company.
