Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful, I ended up buying the opal ring and it’s super sharp and stabs everything. stray hairs always get stuck in it. I had a big scratch on it and contacted Moon Magic about the two-year warranty and I guess it’s not covered so so much for a warranty also, pretty sure it changes from an opal color to transparent and I’m not sure that it’s a real opal.
