Disappointing Experience This Time Around
Disappointing Experience This Time Around I used this site last year, and I had an amazing experience. The people were fantastic, professional, and knew exactly how to handle their customers. It was so good that I ranked this site #1, even though I knew of other sites that were cheaper. However, things have changed. This time, the process took far too long to find a booster. When I finally got in touch with one, the experience was frustrating. The boosters treated me like I was insignificant and spoke to me in a condescending manner, which completely ruined my experience. I ordered a boost from Emr3 (75 LP) to Emr2, but instead of improving, I ended up on a losing streak, almost losing all my LP. Afterward, I requested a refund or credit to make the order solo because I couldn't stand being tilted by the booster anymore. Prior to this, I was on a 5-win streak, which I had achieved through duo games with another website. I thought this site would help me keep that momentum, but instead, I regret making the purchase here. This site used to be top-notch, but it's clearly not the same anymore. I hope they can fix these issues and return to the quality service they once had.
