products that never arrive
I have ordered several products in 2024. It is the end of February and they have not yet arrived, no one answers my email, but they send advertising every day. Does anyone know how I can get the money back because I paid with the card? very good products but poor service. I don't recommend it. If you are going to buy something from this brand, let it be through Amazon.
