Rogue merchant, avoid at all cost
Ordered a £130 shelf. ‘Fast Shipping’ took 87 days. On assembly the bolts were too short, the boards didn't fit and one panel was broken. I reported it within their advertised 60 days returns window but they stalled with requests for more photos, then offered 5%, then 10% if I kept it, then replacement parts only. No refund, no collection. Their small print says defects must be reported within 7 days and ‘a refund is not the default remedy’. The company is based in Hong Kong, so in practice you can't enforce your rights. What you see in the photos isn't what you get. Avoid, and never use buy-now-pay-later with them
