No contact after problem during checkout
No contact after checkout process failed. During the checkout process something went wrong. The amount got withdrawn from my account but no order confirmation or anything. I contacted gmktec support but no reply as of yet (3 days now). GMKTec, please increase your customer support to handle questions as I’m not the only one trying to contact you. Edit: just received my money back, but no contact from support. Purchased the model again but with creditcard and insurance this time. Will update again after receiving the product.
