As I order in mid January not knowing about the holiday that was approaching The customer service from mychway at all times kept me informed about my order. Another thing was when the holiday was over I asked about my order again and they provided informationa and a tracking once I got my track8ng number I received my Machine 4 days later. It was a over great customer service and would definitely be ordering again.
