Bad quality with questionable customer service
The quality of the wig was horrible, it didnt look anything like the picture. It came as a tangled mess, It was also very uneven and the hair was falling out. There was also matting at the back which resulted in the wig being unusable even if i were to cut the hairstyle myself. They have since given me a full refund for the wig. However, I would not order from this website as the quality does not match their prices. The costume clothing quality is fine, but the wigs are just not worth the trouble.
