Amazing customer service!
I contacted Soft Landings asking for an estimated delivery time as the tracking for my order had not been updated in a while (AusPost issue). They responded very quickly, apologised (despite it not being their fault) and resent my order immediately! Shoutout to John and the Soft Landings team for being kind and proactive!
