I bought a pair of shoes from Cozy Island, and when they arrived, they were half a size too small. I emailed customer service, and Angelina replied within five minutes. She confirmed everything immediately and arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out straight away. I’m still waiting for the replacement to arrive, which should be within the next week or so, but based on my experience so far, I have every confidence it will. This has genuinely been some of the fastest, most competent and most generous customer service I have ever experienced. The entire process was incredibly easy, and Angelita was absolutely fantastic. Exceptional customer service!
