Preordered Chocopuni Kanna plushie, and the process is very well explained by Figfind's staff, and they are very responsive whenever I ask them a question, even outside office hours. If there's anything, I'd say that Figfind could update their customers more frequently about their orders and the ongoing process. I get that they might have a lot of customers but it's nice to know what's going on with our POs
