Impressive Customer Service but Terrible Quality
I’ve worn raw human hair and I’ve worn synthetic/human blend. The wig I received is the latter. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website, sheds incessantly, and doesn’t hold a curl. I’m truly disappointed, because the product did not match the description in any form or fashion. However, I have to give credit where it’s due—the company reached out to rectify the situation and went above and beyond to help. Their customer service was professional, responsive, and truly eager to make things right. While my first experience wasn’t ideal, I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and willingness to address my concerns. I’ve received a full refund but will not be purchasing from this company again and advise all potential customers to take caution.
