This store has TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a personally significant bottle of wine as a gift for a friend, but after two weeks, it hadn't shipped. They asked me if I wanted to replace it with a different bottle of similar value, but because it was a sentimental bottle I was looking for, I asked for the order to be canceled. They assured me it would be. Three weeks later, I got notification that the bottle had shipped. I contacted them, and they told me that I'd never requested cancelation nor refund, though I had an e-mail from their company. I forwarded them the e-mails days ago, and haven't heard back from them. This place is a scam.
