I ordered two lip stains and it took a month to receive. The tracking they sent showed it coming from Italy and was finally in Albany, NY on 2/17. Never anywhere on their site does it mention where it is being shipped from. I sent another note to follow up and they forwarded me a link for tracking and everything was in Chinese. It also had a different order number. Never was China mentioned in shipping as it was coming from Italy I thought. When I finally received the product, it was from a Tammy in California. I am so confused. This is very shady to me and the product is not good in my opinion. Never again!
